Cancellation
- Free trial — cancel during the trial and it ends immediately, with no charge.
- Monthly plan — keep full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Annual plan — keep full access until the end of your 12-month period. No refunds for unused months.
Upgrade
Move to a higher plan and it takes effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
Downgrade
Move to a lower plan and it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep the higher-plan features until that date.

Pro includes 5 users (+€12 per extra member / month) and Business includes 15 (+€18 per extra member / month).
Items marked with a year — Ruum AI, integrations, PriceBooks and more — are planned for that period and included on the plans shown when they ship.
