1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Alongside them, Ruum uses other browser storage technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage) that perform similar functions. This Policy refers to all of them together.
Some are necessary for the Service to work; others require your consent (for example, analytics).
2. Your consent
When you access the site, we display a cookie settings panel that allows you to accept, reject or configure the non-necessary categories before they are activated. Necessary cookies do not require consent because they are essential to provide the Service. You can change your choice at any time (see section 6).
3. Types of cookies we use
- Necessary (technical): essential to log in, keep the session secure and use basic features. They do not require consent.
- Preferences: remember settings such as language, country or interface state.
- Analytics: help us understand how the product is used in order to improve it. They require consent.
- Marketing: Ruum currently does not use behavioural advertising cookies on the site. If introduced, they would require consent and this table would be updated.
