Subprocessors Annex

This Annex lists the providers (processors and subprocessors) that process personal data on behalf of Ruum in order to provide the Service, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. It forms part of the Privacy Policy and the DPA.

Important: Ruum must have a data processing agreement (DPA) signed or accepted with each of these providers. The "DPA" column indicates the status.

Payment methods and Bizum: the planned methods (Stripe Checkout, card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum) are processed through Stripe; PayPal payments, through PayPal. Manual invoicing for Enterprise is carried out by bank transfer/invoice and does not involve an external payment provider.

3. Changes to subprocessors

Ruum may add, replace or remove subprocessors. Where this is a material change, Ruum will inform professional users by reasonable means (for example, email or a notice on the site) with reasonable advance notice, allowing them, where applicable, to object, as provided for in the DPA.
